Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after shipment, either by stamped envelope, tracked stamped envelope, or Colissimo with or without signature, depending on the order amount, from Monday to Friday.

Express Shipping: 1 business day after shipment by Chronopost, Monday to Saturday.

Rest of the World

Delivengo: 5-20 business days after shipment, without signature, Monday to Friday.

Colissimo: 5-7 business days after shipment, with signature, Monday to Friday.

Express Shipping: 3-5 business days after shipment by DHL/UPS/FEDEX, Monday to Saturday.


For all options, delivery times start as soon as you receive our shipping confirmation email.

Shipments generally take 1 to 7 business days, except for Delivengo where delivery times can be longer. It is important to note that, although we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot control any delays that may be caused by postal services. During the delivery of your order, it may happen that the carrier marks your package as 'delivered', while you have not yet received it. This situation can result from a temporary problem in the delivery: for example, your package may have been received by a neighbor or delivered to a mailbox close to yours. If you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, several scenarios are possible, given that we require a signature for receipt. Generally, the carrier will attempt to deliver the package again the next business day. If you miss the delivery again, the package could be left at the nearest secure pickup point, where you can retrieve it. In some cases, the carrier may also leave a notice with instructions to reschedule the delivery or to arrange for the package pickup. We recommend tracking your order with the provided tracking number to be informed of delivery attempts and available options in case of absence.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us by email contact@unenuitnomade.com with the following information:

- Your name and address (or order number).

- Specify the item you wish to return/exchange. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed, and accompanied by all accessories provided at the time of delivery. If an item is defective, please include a description and photos of the defect.

Any product returned in a damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete, or dirty condition will not be refunded.
